The Second Minnesota Battery of Light Artillery Reenactors will be at the Pepin County Heritage Center in Durand, WI on Thursday, May 9th from 2-4 p.m.
A model 1861 Civil War cannon named “Babs” will be at the courthouse!
Five education stations with topics including:
-events leading to war, women’s roles
-music, life of the solider
-laundress, Soldier’s Aid Society
-artifacts & small arms
-M1861 Parrott rifle w/limber
